Daphne’ has over fifteen years in the social services field. Daphne’ is a proven leader with education and experience in the development of individuals and programs. She have worked in the fields of homelessness, mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence and with child welfare.
Daphne’ is a Program Director for a local nonprofit. She is responsible for the operational success of the agency where she works, ensuring seamless team management and development, program delivery, and quality control and evaluation. Daphne’ also serves as the Chairperson for the Denton County Homeless Coalition and represents the Texas Balance of State Continuum of Care board in seat 14 as a Faith Based Representative or Organization.
Daphne’s is focused on enhancing her knowledge in the field of family and children services through work opportunities, education and training. It is Daphne’s personal life mission is “Through love and compassion, lead others to grow to their maximum potential and fulfill their purpose.” She is passionate about working using holistic approaches to help others become their best selves.
Kevin Jefferson is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
He was commissioned a field artillery officer and served with rapid deployment units in the United States and the Persian Gulf. Upon entering the civilian sector, Kevin has exhibited his managerial and leadership talents with multiple fortune 50 companies. He started his first privately held company, Jefferson Capital Partners, in 2005 and has continued to see success as exhibited by the accolades he has received.
Kevin was selected from thousands of young professionals to represent America in Norway for a month-long business and cultural exchange. He was offered employment twice before leaving Norway! Kevin has been nominated for several chamber of commerce small business awards, emerging as a finalist for young professional of the year and contender for entrepreneur of the year. His company was also nominated for the better business bureau’s torch award for small business marketplace ethics three years in a row. He has collaborated with institutions, state and local governments across the United States to provide more than $2.5 billion usd in economic development and strategic financial planning services.
Before the selling and re-organization of their partnerships, Kevin and his partners managed more than $120 million in financial assets. With more than 18 years’ experience in financial services spanning from personal financial advisory services to foreign currency trading, Kevin has created a comprehensive foreign currency education and training company, followmytradesdotcom, inc., to satisfy the needs of institutional and retail traders across the globe. He works with family offices, institutions, individuals, and private wealth managers to assist them in better understanding and adding alternative assets to their portfolios.
Kevin is an advocate of volunteerism and has mentored several african- american teen males, going as far as buying laptops and obtaining internet in a student’s home so that they could better achieve. For nearly 10 years, he taught economics and success skills classes through junior achievement usa, a program designed to teach students the importance of finance and economics in all aspects of their lives. Kevin has chaired and served as a member of the 100 black men of america, the committee of 100(education task force), girls inc.(treasurer), junior achievement (treasurer), the hands-on network (chairman), boys & girls club of america, mental health association (treasurer), as well as the board of trustees for court appointed special advocates services for children(casa).
Kevin resides in Dallas, Tx with his wife Jennifer and their two sons. He enjoys boxing, creative writing, and travelling.
Whitney Milson is a wife, a mother of two boys, and a woman after God’s heart.
She is a graduate of UT Dallas, where she obtained a BS in Biochemistry. Whitney has more than 15 years of healthcare experience and is currently employed at Hazel Health.
Whitney actively serves her community through multiple channels. She is a 3rd grade Sunday School teacher and actively involved in the Children’s Ministry and AWANA program at Westside Baptist Church; an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.; a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters; and a regular volunteer with Meals-on-Wheels.
Whitney is passionate about promoting the physical and emotional well-being of children to maximize educational outcomes and personal development.
Victor McCray is a Dallas,Tx native and the youngest of five children, Graduate from University of North Texas with a BA . He earned the nickname “Speedy” by fighting his way through the Golden gloves, a professional ranks as a world-rated boxer and former Olympic trials boxer, with stellar quick hands and foot speed, he used this God given talent as a foundation to “grab hold” to the vision that God imparted in him to reach out to youth in the community through sports and gospel music.
He began his unique ministry in the late 1980’s while hosting the radio broadcast, on KNON 89.3fm. Sharing the gospel and community news through music came naturally for him. His broadcast was an inspiration to many and later opened doors for him to minister to thousands of Texas prison inmates.
McCray’s burning desire to give has not gone unnoticed. Being recognized in the city by several organization mainly by Texas Gospel Music Excellence awards for his ability to gather and mentor young people, he serves as founder of say NO 2 drugs Resource Center in Dallas, Texas. This organization has been a venue whereby over 10,000 students from all over Texas and National have gathered for the “Battle of the High School Gospel Choirs”. The “Battle” is the grand finale of the 3-day say No 2 drugs Music & Arts Fellowship Conference of which great gospel leaders such as Edwin Hawkins, Bishop Walter Hawkins, Kirk Franklin, and BET gospel TV host Dr. Bobby Jones have came and served in support of these events.
McCray utilizes his talents to organize youth and community events, workshops, church conventions, new artist showcases, and other seminars, he’s known best for speaking and motivating youth to becoming the best leaders. He believes that we should always maintain good work ethics, incorporate effective strategies, and empower youth in the local cities…”We become so that others may become more like us”.
His favorite foods are spaghetti with all types of meats with mushrooms, Hershey’s chocolate with almonds, and peanuts.
Christina hails from Northern Virginia outside the Washington DC metropolitan area. Christina earned her undergraduate degree from George Mason University in Health Fitness Recreation Resources with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation. Upon graduation she served as program planner for the Parks and Recreation Services and within a year became the Director of the Chill Spot Teen Center. As the Director she began working collaboratively with the Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center, Fairfax County Public Schools.
Believing in a wholistic approach to provide intervention to youth and parents not being required to attend with their child county service programs she left the county parks and recreation department and began using her recreational therapist skills in the class room. She spent 12 years serving as a biology teacher to both general education, ELL & special education students and earned her Master’s degree in 2008 from George Mason University in Educational Leadership & Administration after passing her National School Licensed Leadership & Administration exam.
Since then, Christina has served as a middle school & high school building assistant principal on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and founded a youth mentoring program called AHS F.I.R.E. while partnering with the largest solar power energy farm on the east coast and the sheriff’s department. Most recently serves in the capacity of a Program Specialist for Loudoun County Public Schools for students that need access to alternative learning due to a myriad of issues that impact them emotionally.
In Christina’s spare time she is creating new coastal décor and sea glass jewelry pieces to provide funds for college books and meal plans to students in need that are deciding to break generational cycles of poverty by obtaining their education past high school. She is a mom to a 4 -legged fur kid and loves to dumpster dive making a second business for herself as she has been able to assist in the environmental impact and bless so many.

Ms. Aldaco began her career with the company as a call center representative. During her tenure with AT&T and its predecessor companies, she has held various positions in Content and Emerging Services, Cloud Application Services, and Video Products. In 2011, she contributed to the development of a gaming application that received four U.S. Patents while managing the AT&T bi-lingual gaming content.
Her technical knowledge and ability to forge cross-functional internal and external relationships allows her to deliver strong value for AT&T, its employees and customers.
In her current supervisory role, she is responsible for three areas of the business that drive strategic alignment and engagement around the company’s top priorities: Budget, Training Logistics and Data Analytics. With each new responsibility, her daily mindset ensures we strive to develop best-in-class leaders who stay focused on our customers.
A native of Texas, Ms. Aldaco holds a master’s degree in business administration from Our Lady of the Lake University and a bachelor of arts in computer information systems from St. Edward’s University. A committed volunteer in the community, she is the Board Secretary for OMI a national nonprofit supporting youth, volunteers with the National Diversity Council and is also a member of the Hispanic/Latino Employee Association and Professional Women of AT&T.
Ms. Aldaco comes from a family of 10 siblings where she learned that being accountable and having a strong work ethic are essential to achieving success in life. Her passion is helping people gain access to resources and inspiring them to reach their full potential and professional goals.
Lori Hoff is the CEO and Founder of OMI (Outreach Ministries Inc) a nonprofit helping at risk youth. OMI is leading the first National Youth Week across the US on June 13th. Hoff was the Board chair for Big Brothers Big Sisters and established a food pantry for the working poor in Middlesex County. She also worked with the State of NJ as a therapist for at-risk youth helping them to stay in school and become productive members of society. Along with her nonprofit work she is also a full-time Manager in the Technology And Engineering space for AT&T in Dallas, Texas and was the National Mentoring officer for Women of AT&T for 4 years. A native of Washington, NJ, Hoff graduated from Calvary Theological with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ministry, and earned a Masters in Child and Adolescent Therapy from Cornerstone University.
