Latrice Foules is from the Windy City of Chicago, IL. She has a passion for helping “Parents & Youth Empower Themselves, 1-Family at-A-Time!” She focuses on the social emotional well-being of the mind, body, soul & spirit. She has three sons and advocates on single unmarried parents behalf! Her profession is in social work and traveling. She is affectionately known for her laugh and the youth gravitating towards her!
Grayson is a recent finance graduate from the University of North Texas. In his early teens, he struggled with anxiety and felt like he couldn’t easily interact with large audience. He decided that he wanted to make a change and started to pursue various organizations, activities and causes within his school and outside community.
While maintain a 3.5 GPA, Grayson was still able to complete internships at fortune 500 companies, hold seats in large student organizations and complete finance projects for nonprofit organizations through the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This type of activity improved Grayson’s public speaking abilities, networking skills and critical thinking potential. Once he graduated, he knew that the sky was the limit and wanted to help with issues on the national level. He brings with him his financial and strategic insight to further our organization’s goals.
Kim Mitchell has over 20 years of experience supporting youth and is co-owner of E & K Productions; a newly established production company that partnered with Urban Broadcasting Network and acquired Dahitz TV. Kim also works for Accredo Express Scripts as an Administrative Assistant for 3 years working for a VP’, Director and the Site Leader. Besides her normal duties her favorite role is fundraising and volunteering for Corporate and local charities. She plays a big role in obtaining monies and helping to coordinate events. She is a Member of the National MS Community Engagement Committee Florida Chapter. She is very passionate about giving back and helping when and where she can, especially when it effects our youth. Kim resides in Orlando Florida and is a proud mom of 5 Children . She looks forward to filling her role as Treasurer and prays for a positive direct effect on the youth impacted by NYWUSA.

With 16 years of sales, marketing, training and business development experience, Danielle Pettiford has worked on executive levels within fortune 500 corporations and has successfully run her own international enterprise with clients in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean. She currently consults to major corporations on various online marketing strategies.
As part of the AT&T University Leadership Team. Martha Aldaco is the operations lead training manager and instructor serving over 250K AT&T domestic and international employees. With digital globalization re- shaping our industry and accelerating our world today, Martha is dedicated to driving a culture of continuous learning by providing development opportunities for professional and personal growth.
Since the pace of technological and cultural change means that existing tools, structures and skills can rapidly become obsolete, Martha has adopted the philosophy of lifelong learning to rapidly respond to change and innovation.
Ms. Aldaco began her career with the company as a call center representative. During her tenure with AT&T and its predecessor companies, she has held various positions in Content and Emerging Services, Cloud Application Services, and Video Products. In 2011, she contributed to the development of a gaming application that received four U.S. Patents while managing the AT&T bi-lingual gaming content.
Her technical knowledge and ability to forge cross-functional internal and external relationships allows her to deliver strong value for AT&T, its employees and customers.
In her current supervisory role, she is responsible for three areas of the business that drive strategic alignment and engagement around the company’s top priorities: Budget, Training Logistics and Data Analytics. With each new responsibility, her daily mindset ensures we strive to develop best-in-class leaders who stay focused on our customers.
A native of Texas, Ms. Aldaco holds a master’s degree in business administration from Our Lady of the Lake University and a bachelor of arts in computer information systems from St. Edward’s University. A committed volunteer in the community, she is the Board Secretary for OMI a national nonprofit supporting youth, volunteers with the National Diversity Council and is also a member of the Hispanic/Latino Employee Association and Professional Women of AT&T.
Ms. Aldaco comes from a family of 10 siblings where she learned that being accountable and having a strong work ethic are essential to achieving success in life. Her passion is helping people gain access to resources and inspiring them to reach their full potential and professional goals.
Lori Hoff is the CEO and Founder of OMI (Outreach Ministries Inc) a nonprofit helping at risk youth. OMI is leading the first National Youth Week across the US on June 13th. Hoff was the Board chair for Big Brothers Big Sisters and established a food pantry for the working poor in Middlesex County. She also worked with the State of NJ as a therapist for at-risk youth helping them to stay in school and become productive members of society. Along with her nonprofit work she is also a full-time Manager in the Technology And Engineering space for AT&T in Dallas, Texas and was the National Mentoring officer for Women of AT&T for 4 years. A native of Washington, NJ, Hoff graduated from Calvary Theological with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ministry, and earned a Masters in Child and Adolescent Therapy from Cornerstone University.
